Spoiler A Hardware ID (HWID) spoofer is a software application designed to modify or spoof the hardware identification information of a computer or device. The hardware identification typically includes unique codes or numbers associated with various hardware components such as the motherboard, network adapter, hard drive, and more. Basically, if you want your PC to be fully secure and avoid HWID bans, you should ALWAYS use a HWID spoofer when cheating. Are Klar.gg products currently safe to use? Spoiler Our status page always contains a list of up-to-date statuses for our products. You can also view the status of products in our loader as small colored dots on the top-left of the product box, or on the side-window that opens when you select a product. Will I receive compensation for product downtime? Spoiler Yes, of course! Every active license is compensated once the product is fully tested and updated. If a product's status is changed to Updating, then all license keys are paused, and they will not expire at all. Please remember that every user receives compensation at the same time, and the countdown for the compensation period starts after Klar is updated, not when you log in to the loader. Can I get a refund? Spoiler Quote As a reminder, our services provide electronic, virtual intangible goods and therefore we do not offer refunds. It is important to make sure that the subscription you are going to purchase is the right choice for you before making the purchase. Once the payment is completed, you will no longer be eligible for any refunds. Any unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, or attempts to chargeback or deny payments to your account will result in your account being instantly disabled, or permanently terminated, and legal action will be taken. Our products may be detected/discontinued at any time, you, the user, assume this risk and no refunds will be issued. Ackonowledging the above text, if our entire user-base experiences issues with specific products, then the users for that product will be eligible for either a product switch or a refund. If our support team is unable to resolve your issue after a reasonable amount of time, then you are also eligible for a product switch or a refund. It's worth noting that our software works on 99.9% of PCs! How can I become a media creator? Spoiler Klar's media program is always looking for new creators! Please check our Klar Media Program thread, where our requirements are detailed along with onboarding instructions. How can I pay if my card gets declined/blocked? Spoiler This happens because your bank or card does not meet the security standards we require for payments. This often happens for prepaid cards, online banking solutions, and local banks. We cannot do anything on our end to accept the payment if our system blocks it. You can always purchase from one of our Verified Resellers who accept a variety of other payment methods. Spoiler Here is a breakdown of when to use each spoofer: Lite Spoofer - Only for games with Battleye anticheat. Full Spoofer - For games with EasyAntiCheat and Fortnite. Can I share my loader account information with someone? Spoiler No, you are not allowed to share or sell your keys/loader accounts with anyone. If we see any actions like that, we will permanently ban all of your accounts from Klar and any further accounts you make will also be banned.
