0 Anonymous Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Bluescreens can occur when Windows throws an uncatchable error while loading our kernel driver. Before opening a support ticket for bluescreens, here are some potential fixes you can try: If you've overclocked your computer, revert everything to factory settings. This includes BIOS/UEFI Firmware overclocks, MSI Afterburner, ASUS/Dell/Razer overclocking apps. Ensure all drivers (GPU/CPU) are updated to the latest versions Ensure there are no pending Windows updates (klar.gg supports all Windows versions except ARM64 26H1 and Windows Insider builds) klar.gg should disable Memory Integrity automatically, but you can check this by going to "Windows Security > Device security > Core isolation details > Memory integrity" Sometimes bluescreens can be caused by corrupted Windows kernel files. You can run the following commands to scan files, and fix them: sfc /scannow DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth Once the second command finishes, restart your PC. If you tried all of these fixes and you still bluescreen, open a ticket, inform the support team that you are bluescreening, tell then that you tried the fixes listed in the FAQ page, and send them your BSOD Dump.
