Will I receive compensation for product downtime?

Yes, of course! Every active license is compensated once the product is fully tested and updated. If a product's status is changed to Updating, then all license keys are paused, and they will not expire at all. Please remember that every user receives compensation at the same time, and the countdown for the compensation period starts after Klar is updated, not when you log in to the loader.
